You can find many different deposit method on Skyvegas. You only choose any deposit option and play. If you have some questions about deposits here are the answers;
What are Net Deposits?
Net Deposits in their simplest terms are a set of rules which mean whatever funds are deposited with a particular card/e-wallet, must go back to that same card/e-wallet.
Why do you have Net Deposits?
We use the Net Deposit process as part of our own internal security measures to combat security issues such as money laundering, card theft, fraud etc.
With increases in crimes such as identity theft, we have to have these measures in place to safeguard both ourselves AND our customers. For example, if your card had been stolen and used without your consent, these measures would ensure that your money couldn’t be transferred to somebody other than you.
Where can I see what Net Deposits I have?
For detailed information on your Net Deposits, please contact us using the options at the top of this page.
How do I clear the Net Deposits I have?
To clear your Net Deposits depends entirely on your payment method setup.The ultimate aim is to ensure the Net Deposit amount on each card or e-wallet is 0.00 or below. To best illustrate this, please read the example below:
You have one card and one e-wallet registered and have deposited £10 from Card A and £20 from E-Wallet B. This gives you a Net Deposit of £10 on Card A and £20 on E-Wallet B.
You then place all that money on a bet and win £100. This means you will need to withdraw £10 to Card A and £20 to E-Wallet B before you can withdraw the remaining £70.
Once those two amounts are withdrawn, the remaining £70 in your balance can then be withdrawn to either payment method without issue.
To clear your Net Deposits on your account, use the ‘Withdraw’ buttons on the ‘Manage Payment Methods’ page next to each of your cards/e-wallets.
Once the Net Deposits have been cleared on your cards and e-wallets, you can choose to withdraw any excess balance to wherever you choose. You can also choose to remove any of the cards or e-wallets too.
What if I no longer have the card that has Net Deposits?
If you have received a replacement for the payment method and have already added this to your account, please contact us using the option at the top of the page and we will be happy to remove the old version(s) for you.
If you no longer have the payment method, dependent on a number of routine security checks, we may be able to remove the method from your account. However, please be advised that in some cases we may require additional documentation confirming that the payment method is no longer active before we can remove the payment method.
